Complex and full-bodied, the ancient Sovenigo grape variety reveals a dual soul rich in nuances, surprising the palate depending on the vineyard it comes from. Clay soils give this red wine deep herbal aromatic intensities; the hilly, sandy, and calcareous areas of Valtenesi instead impart aromas of wild berries and red jam, dominated by blackberry, plum, and cherry.
