This oil is obtained mainly from Casaliva variety olives, hand-picked and milled the same day of harvest to preserve freshness and aromas. 

Sensorial profile

• Color: typically green with golden reflections, a sign of freshness and natural polyphenols (antioxidants).
• Aromas: intense and fragrant fruity aroma with green notes of fresh olive and sweet almond that come from the Casaliva variety. 
• Taste: on the palate it presents a balance between initial sweetness, a slight bitterness, and a pleasant spicy finish typical of high-quality productions from Lake Garda. 
• Sensations: the typical oil from Lake Garda maintains a strong yet elegant character, with a well-balanced pungent finish and good persistence.
