A centuries-old tradition that remains almost unchanged and an artisanal process are the most authentic ingredients of this grappa extracted from Groppello Gentile pomace. Small copper stills collect the precious vapors imbued with the aromas of distillation, and Slavonian oak barriques protect its aging for eighteen months. Its smooth taste, rich in nuances, features notes of vanilla, tobacco, and chocolate, enhanced by the subtle and pleasant smokiness imparted by the expert toasting of the barriques. Straw yellow in color with amber reflections, Grappa del Garda Aged is recommended at the end of a meal or with dry pastries.
