It starts with the harvest carried out strictly by hand to preserve the integrity of the grapes, and continues with a delicate pressing that respects the skins and seeds, resulting in the prized pomace of Groppello Gentile used for this grappa.

Transparent and of excellent persistence, a distillate of great character that surprises with an intense structure and rich floral notes, subtle and harmonious.

Alcohol: 45% vol.
