Often aged in small Slavonian oak barriques to further refine its organoleptic complexity, the Passito “Arianna” is produced from Chardonnay grapes harvested late and patiently dried on naturally ventilated racks. With its golden color and amber highlights, "Arianna" is characterized by an intense and persistent aroma and a bouquet rich in nuances, where notes of vanilla, acacia honey, and dried fruit stand out.

Grape variety: Chardonnay (65%) - Turbiana - Incrocio Manzoni (35%)

Temperature: 8 -10 °C.
