Passion, tradition, innovation: values that sum up a history of winemaking on Lake Garda over one hundred years long and that characterize our family life and our activity every day, today as then. In fact, for more than a century our winery has woven a deep bond with a unique territory, the sinuous Valtenesi hills overlooking Lake Garda, a corner of enchanted beauty between water and mountains.
It is the combination of the lake's year-round temperate Mediterranean microclimate with its intersection of winds and mineral-rich soil that makes this unparalleled terroir and lends character to our wines, transforming winemaking into a new possibility to be experienced every day and a gesture of deep love and respect.
We lavish meticulous attention on every detail, starting right from the care of our vines, planted in soils carefully selected according to their geological characteristics and cultivated according to the most innovative agronomic techniques to ensure a perfect vegetative balance for the plants, aware that only a perfectly healthy vine harmoniously embedded in a sustainable ecosystem can give a raw material of exceptional quality.
A respectful and passionate approach to viticulture that is also our philosophy of life and work: our every action is governed by the cycles of nature, and every new insight is carefully checked and controlled at every step so that it is never a forcing. Only in this way have we been able to achieve goals of excellence with native Gardesan varieties, such as Groppello and Lugana, and to distinguish with distinctive traits international productions, such as Cabernet and Merlot.
What we still do today, after one hundred years, is simple: we deeply love our hills and our vines, and we put this passion into a production every day that is a synthesis of experience, history, and innovation.
